How does onboarding work?

We make the process as quick and easy as possible for you. It starts with a short call to learn your preferences and goals, and from there we handle everything to get your home live and booked. You will have a dedicated Home Base team managing photography, listing setup, pricing, daily operations, and guest communication. Most homes go live within 48 hours of the photos being taken.

What are your management fees and what do they include?

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: make you more money than we charge. That is the win-win, you earn more, and we do the work. We take one small part of what your home earns, with no hidden fees or surprises.
